Cancellations.
The running of a small business is precarious and so it is essential to have a cancellation policy in place - please read the following before proceeding to booking and payment.
Full payment is required on booking any session.
Payment is accepted at the time of booking via the online system - your appointment will be confirmed once your payment is received.
Changes/cancellations can be made to an appointment up to 48 hours beforehand.
From 24 hours no changes will be possible and no refund will be given.
